1. Purpose of This Demo
This demo version of TappiGeo is provided solely for testing attendance and geolocation features. It does not represent a full commercial release.

2. Access and Accounts
Users are responsible for their login information and device security. Demo accounts and recorded data may be reset or removed at any time.

3. Location Data Usage
Geolocation data in this demo is used strictly for showcasing attendance, mapping, and system behaviour. Do not use the demo for real workforce monitoring or sensitive operations.

4. Limitations and Disclaimer
This demo is provided “as is” with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, GPS precision, or performance. The developer is not liable for any issues arising from demo usage.

5. Intellectual Property
All UI designs, system logic, database structures, and code belong to the developer. Redistribution or reverse engineering is not permitted.

6. Changes
These terms may be updated without notice as TappiGeo evolves toward production readiness.

TappiGeo — Privacy Policy (Demo Version)

1. Data Collected
This demo may collect basic information such as username, device details, GPS coordinates, and check-in/check-out timestamps. This information is used only for testing geolocation attendance.

2. How Location Data Is Used
Location data is processed to simulate attendance, mapping, distance calculations, and related system functions. Location accuracy may vary based on device and environment.

3. No Commercial or Third-Party Sharing
Data collected in this demo is not shared, sold, or used for marketing. Mapping is powered by external providers (e.g., OpenStreetMap), but no personal data is transmitted beyond standard map tile requests.

4. Data Storage
Attendance and location entries may be reset or deleted as part of demo maintenance. The demo should not store real company or employee information.

5. Google Sign-In
If Google login is used, only basic profile information (name, email, profile ID) is retrieved. No additional permissions are requested.

6. User Rights
You may request removal of your demo data at any time by contacting the system owner.

7. Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated as TappiGeo advances toward a production release.
